What new ideas have you got from doing this exercise? What is going to change as a result of doing this exercise? What makes you happy? Write a list of all the things that make you feel happy. Simply that. Don’t censor your list. If knowing that your little brother is away all afternoon at a friend’s house makes you happy, then write it down. If daydreaming and staring out of the window makes you happy, include that too. You get the idea. Take some time to build this list as you will probably have more ideas pop into your head if you mull for a bit.
